What GST rate applies to restaurant bills?
Most standalone restaurants, cafés and tea shops charge 5% GST without input tax credit under SAC 996331. Restaurants in hotels with room tariffs above ₹7,500 a night charge 18%. Confirm with your accountant.
Can waiters take orders on their own phones?
Yes. Join each waiter phone to your shop with a QR code. Tables and running orders sync between the phones, and the counter prints the bill.
Does RasaBill print KOT?
Yes. KOTs are numbered each day and print only the items added since the last KOT for that table, so the kitchen never cooks twice.
