Frequently asked questions
Can I bill loose items by weight?
Yes. Set an item as sold by kg, litre or metre and enter the weight or tap a preset like 250 g or 500 g; the price is worked out for you.
Does RasaBill track stock automatically?
Yes. Each sale reduces stock and each purchase adds to it. You get a low-stock alert when an item reaches its limit.
Can I give credit to customers?
Yes. With a customer on the bill, tap Credit. Their due is kept in a khata with history, payments received and WhatsApp reminders.
Can I import my item list?
Yes. Bulk upload items with name, price, category, barcode, tax and HSN from a CSV or Excel file.
